Join us for the most relaxing yoga class you’ve ever experienced. This candlelit restful and nourishing practice will focus on restorative poses specifically designed with prenatal physiology in mind.

Our registered massage therapists will facilitate deep relaxation with hands-on massage and support in the poses to melt tension from your body.

Benefits of yogassage include: -relief from stress and anxiety -relaxation and restoration of the muscles -increased blood and fluid circulation -relief from hip, pelvic, and lower back pain

*Women should be cleared by their physician or midwife before considering massage.
