About Samantha Menzies
Samantha Menzies is a feisty young firecracker from Windsor Ontario known by students and instructors alike for challenging yogis right to the edge of their ability so they can learn something new about their bodies and themselves. She specializes in teaching Power Flow Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Yoga for Athletes and Sports Teams.
Samantha’s classes are set to your favourite music and are taught with intensity, passion, and fun. She is keen on changing your world one downward dog at a time.
Samantha enjoys arduous hikes in the forest, lifting heavy things, eating cookies, and rocking out to badass tunes while busting out chaturangas like it’s her job. Come join her on the mat.
